Innovations in Healthcare (IiH) is proud to announce the latest innovative health enterprises joining our network. These organizations were selected through a rigorous, multi-step process that sources and scouts health innovators around the globe. They will be joining a robust network of 100+ innovators based in over 90 countries.
THE SELECTION PROCESS
One Heart Worldwide,reach52,and Shamiri Institute were evaluated and selected based on the following criteria:
- Targeted and effective solution that addresses a health need in a historically underserved population
- Organizational maturity
- Validated impact
- Scalable business model
- Financial stability
- Fit with network
- Qualified team

IiH strengthens the growth and development of our Innovator Network by offering business support, networking and learning opportunities, and access to financing. This includes one-on-one mentorship with an experienced engagement manager as well as access to our extensive network of partners and supporters to help scale and adapt in new settings. We also provide a peer network and community of practice to share lessons learned, expand network connections, and develop new insights.
MEET THE INNOVATORS
One Heart Worldwide’s mission is to save the lives and promote the well-being of mothers and their newborns in underserved areas of rural Nepal. One Heart Worldwide's model, the Network of Safety, engages local stakeholders to address critical gaps in maternal and newborn healthcare service delivery, ensuring that every pregnant woman and newborn can access quality care from a trained medical provider. One Heart Worldwide works side-by-side with the Government of Nepal and local communities to provide program delivery and training through a talented team of Nepali health professionals who are supported by a small technical team in the US.
reach52 provides accessible and affordable healthcare services to communities where healthcare access is limited. Their emphasis is on designing and implementing digitally supported solutions to address health access challenges among rural populations in low-and middle-income countries. They equip community-based organizations and health workers to provide health support and access to primary healthcare services, such as screening, affordable medications, insurance products, and more.

Shamiri Institute is a data-driven public benefit organization that uses cutting edge social science research and a deep contextual knowledge of the communities that we work with to build a future where young people can actualize their life potential. Our mission is to develop, disseminate, and scale data-driven tools that improve the life outcomes of youths in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.
