After a patient receives a diagnosis from a provider, the patient is then given an online interactive, shared decision making questionnaire from WiserCare. Based on information from the clinician and patient, WiserCare then providers the patient and physician with a personalized “best fit” report based on patient's values to use during the treatment consult.
