Possible is rethinking rural healthcare to make it work for the poorest and most neglected populations. Our goal is to make quality healthcare accessible for all without financial hardship. We are doing this by implementing an integrated, hospital to home, healthcare approach in Nepal that addresses key gaps across the health system. From delivering quality, cost-effective, and patient-centric care at government-owned facilities to implementing a professional cadre of community healthcare workers to developing an integrated electronic health record that supports health providers across the healthcare system in diagnosis and care to working with the government to help shape incentives and financing, our work in Nepal is focused on demonstrating the impact of integrated, patient-centric healthcare on health access and outcomes.
