Pathfinder delivers integrated primary care using a hub-and-spoke model with central medicine centers strategically located to include large catchment areas and satellite health care units to serve peri-urban locations. Clinically proven protocols and standardized operating procedures improve and maintain the quality of care.

Pathfinder currently operates 5 independent family medicine centers in urban New Delhi with plans to expand to Hyderabad, Bangalore and Amritsar in the coming years.
