OneWorld Health provides quality, affordable healthcare to people, families and communities that are caught in the gap between an under-functioning public system and an unaffordable private system. We do this in a unique way, by building self-sustaining medical facilities that are funded by patient fees, and staffed by local health care professionals. Our facilities reach sustainability in an average of 18-24 months, allowing them to run on the modest and fair costs that are charged for services. We not only invest in, but we are made of the communities we serve, employing local staff at our medical centers. Our focus on diagnostic services, including lab tests and ultrasounds, ensure that our staff practice evidence-based medicine. We also promote preventative and primary care through outreach efforts, to improve the overall health of the community and prevent worsening chronic disease.
