One Family Health (OFH), which operates a network of health clinics in Rwanda, describes challenges in implementing key components of their scale up plan. Challenges can be organized into five categories: 1) Human capital, education, and training, 2) Supply chain management, 3) Revenue management, 4) Performance and evaluation, and 5) Public-private partnership collaboration and local expectations.
